My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2022
Today I am able to post again with actifit and more about my life at work. After a week off due to a cold.
To start the day I always show upto the shop to find out what the plans are for that day. Today it seems I am off the chemical plants again call arlanxeo. This place makes rubber for tires and gum as they are the same compounds.
This roof is a small 15 ft wide by a few hundred feet long. The old roof was shit and had to be taken out plywood and all.
That part is all complete and the next thing we are doing is caping. This is the last step of the roof but for me today was cleaning water.
After all the water is cleaned this is what the dry roofing or base looks like. It has to be dry to seal the hot tar to the cap.
Once this was done we pretty much fucked around being a Monday and cleaned up some garbage and wood.
Still was able to rock out 20k steps today.
