Had a pretty good day at work running around. It’s good to have a job where I get to stay so active, and I have some great co-workers who make it really worth while.

Came home and picked my kids up from school, and we all did some house chores together before going for a walk. Didn’t have time for a run today, but maybe I’ll get one in tomorrow.

Do you need a fitbit for this my phone doesn't track it I don't think at least it doesn't seem like it works?

I'm not 100% sure what all devices it's compatible with-- I use my iPhone with the health app tracking the steps and giving the information to Actifit. I think they might make their own device too.
