Nie udało mi się zrobić żadnego zdjęcia. Jakoś tak nie było czego. Zaspałem, choć udało mi się nie spóźnić, dzięki temu, że bombel jest przeziębiony. Wybrałem dzisiaj rower i już chyba idzie w dobrym kierunku, jeśli chodzi o formę. Zastanawiam się jak (i czy to w ogóle możliwe) włączyć jakiegoś trenera personalnego na garmin, żeby np móc sobie rozplanować coś, albo przynajmniej ustalić w jaki sposób zwiększyć wytrzymałość. Bo nie ukrywam, że nie przewiduję powrócić do formy sprzed 2 lat.
I didn't manage to take any pictures. There was nothing to take. I overslept, although I managed not to be late, thanks to the fact that bombel has a cold. I chose a bike today and I think I'm already going in the right direction, in terms of fitness. I'm wondering how (and if it's even possible) to turn on a personal trainer on Garmin, so that I can plan something, or at least determine how to increase my endurance. Because I won't hide the fact that I don't expect to return to the shape I had 2 years ago.
