Niedziela i jakoś taki strasznie byłem niewyspany. Dzisiaj też pojechaliśmy na basen i też było fajnie. Chciałbym wrócić do formy i móc jakoś pływać. Może zapiszę pierworodnego na jakieś zajęcia a przy okazji sam będę mógł popływać. Jest to jakaś myśl. Co prawda zaczynam wracać powoli, wziąłem sobie za cel (jak to było dawno temu) zwiększać dystans o dwie długości. Teraz jakoś tak wyszło, że rodzina była po tej drugiej więc zrobiłem 13. Niby nic, ale moja technika i siła pozostawiają wiele do życzenia, choć tu mi się udało utrzymać tempo. Chciałbym wrócić do +50 długości przy dobrym tempie, więc może ten 'plan treningowy' da radę. Nie śmiejcie się, pamiętajcie, że mamy że sobą 2 balasty, które nie tylko trzeba pilnować, żeby nie poszły na dno, co jeszcze utrzymywać otwory gębowe ponad lustrem wody.
Sunday and somehow I was terribly sleep-deprived. Today we also went to the pool and it was also nice. I would like to get back in shape and be able to swim somehow. Maybe I will sign my firstborn up for some classes and at the same time I will be able to swim myself. It is some kind of idea. It is true that I am starting to come back slowly, I set myself a goal (as it was a long time ago) to increase the distance by two lengths. Now somehow it turned out that the family was after the other side of the pool so I did 13. It seems nothing, but my technique and strength leave much to be desired, although here I managed to keep the pace. I would like to get back to +50 lengths at a good pace, so maybe this 'training plan' will work. Don't laugh, remember that we have 2 ballasts with us, which not only have to be watched so that they do not sink to the bottom, but also keep their mouths above the water surface.
