Zapowiedziałem ekipie, że rzucamy ten projekt. Niech se go wezmą. Nie byli zadowoleni, bo kupa roboty już została zrobiona. Szkoda by było oddać to komuś w stadium, którym zaczyna to jakoś wyglądać. Uważam, że moi ludzie zrobili dobrą robotę, nie chcę ich przemęczać, bo to w ogóle nie ma przełożenia finansowego, albo ma średnie.

I announced to the team that we were quitting this project. Let them take it away. They weren't happy because a lot of work had already been done. It would be a shame to give it to someone at a stage where it's starting to look good. I think that my people did a good job, I don't want to overwork them because it has no financial impact at all, or it has only mediocre results.

Sorry to hear your project is going to be stopped, I have seen projects they have roadblocks in the way, it can be stressful.....

I'll be blunt with you. The team was frustrated and overwhelmed with this project since the New Year's and if we continue it, it will be their decision (not mine 🤣)
