Es un gusto saludarles apreciados corredores que hacen vida y dan vida a esta activa comunidad de Hive Run. Les Comparto mi entrenamiento de fin de semana 6 km recorridos en un tiempo de menos de 7, que me causo mucha satisfacción.

Durante la semana se me ha hecho difícil entrenar debido al nuevo trabajo de mi esposo, que era quien me ayudaba a cuidar los niños, me ha costado mucho adaptarme a esta nueva rutina, ya que estoy a tiempo completo con mis hijos atendiendo todo en casa y su educación me absorbe mucho, son muchas las demandas, pero no pienso abandonar mis entrenamientos.

Ayer aunque se me hizo tarde porque tuvimos inconvenientes sobre quien nos cuidaría los niños mientras trotábamos, logramos hacerlo antes que declinara el día, corrimos por la zona que frecuentamos siempre a los alrededores del aeropuerto, los cuales por la hora se encontraba bastante solitario.

Tenía en mente exigirme mejorar mi ritmo y lo logre, me sentí muy bien aunque me hubiese gustado correr más distancia. Al finalizar realice 50 sentadillas y así culmine mi entrenamiento.

Estoy analizando cómo puedo planificarme para volver a mis entrenamientos entre semana que ayuda a que pueda correr largos el fin de semana y así seguir sumando kilómetros para lograr mis objetivos.

It is a pleasure to greet you dear runners who make life and give life to this active community of Hive Run. I share with you my weekend training 6 km run in a time of less than 7 km, which caused me a lot of satisfaction.

During the week it has been difficult for me to train due to my husband's new job, who was the one who helped me to take care of the children, it has been hard to adapt to this new routine, since I am full time with my children taking care of everything at home and their education absorbs me a lot, there are many demands, but I do not plan to abandon my workouts.

Yesterday although I was late because we had problems about who would take care of the kids while we were jogging, we managed to do it before the end of the day, we ran through the area that we always frequent around the airport, which by the time was quite lonely.

I had in mind to demand myself to improve my pace and I did it, I felt very good although I would have liked to run more distance. At the end I did 50 squats and that was the end of my training.

I am analyzing how I can plan to get back to my weekday workouts which helps me to run long runs on the weekend and keep adding miles to achieve my goals.
