The snow from yesterday’s impromptu freak snowstorm was melting fast…………
That was good, because today Silvertop had plans to climb up on the rooftop and clean our wood stove’s chimney!😅
Inside the stove sat stone cold, and lifeless…………
“Alexa what’s the main floor temperature?”
“Silvertop the main floor temperatures is too cold it’s 59 degrees!”🥶
Cot, stared at the wood stove trying to figure out where all the heat went!😻
Silvertop what has this to do with “Truman Say His Name”!🤔
Just sit back, while Silvertop carefully walks across this snow covered rooftop, and I will tell you more about yesterday’s Gold Mine” adventure!😊
The hike in, and UP, was awesome!😊
The snow hadn’t started yet, and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer day!
“Hayden” creek was running fast, and if I am lucky with 3Speak, I will attach a video below!😇
@elizabethbit has a keen eye, (after all she is an optician) Lol!😍

“Silvertop what is that rock sitting in that tree stump up at the log cabin?”🥰
If you look close in the cabin photo from today, or better yet, check out a closer photo from yesterday, you can see this blue painted rock…………
This cabin is extremely popular with day hikers, and adventurous campers!
Rain or shine, many people visit these trails, and this historic cabin!
I was stunned when I flipped the rock around and read the back………..
“This is my son. Truman. I lost him at 20 to suicide.”
I don’t have any more details…………😮
