Oh…the humanity!☺️
Silvertop would rather watch a heard of baby Nubian goats, than a “heard” of shoppers at Costco Lol!😇
Silvertop woke up early with the sunrise this morning, Liz and I had a busy day in front of us!😅
For the last few days, I have been preparing the “rough window openings”, for two new larger windows in our bedroom.
Today was the day to run to town to pick these up.
We needed to compare both Lowe’s in stock windows, and Home Depot’s , and make a decision what brand of window we wanted.
Lowe’s came first………….
A four foot by four foot, low E argon filled vinyl clad sliding window, came in at a price of $278.00
Next Home Depot ……………
The same window sold for $239.00
And the winner is Home Depot!👍
Liz and Silvertop loaded up two windows plus the cedar trim that will trim out the outside, and headed back home……..
This trip was 25 miles 50 miles round-trip!😮
Next, we hopped in Liz’s car, and drove back to town again………….😮
Another 25 miles one way, to brave the humanity, shopping at Costco Lol!😇
“ Liz, how about some caffeinated fuel, I could use a steaming hot latte about now!”
I don’t know about you guys, but driving, and shopping is much harder than hiking Lol!😅
Of course Silvertop had to make a pit stop at the food court………
How could I pass up on the Kirkland quarter pound plus hotdog plus drink for $1.50🤗
The second fifty mile round trip was finally finished….. we were back home again!😅
“ Liz, I think our neighbors baby goats have the right idea, they stay home, and run and play all day! “🥰
