Walking is actually the best. Lying down causes me to freeze up. So ibuprofen and mobility is the key....at least until I can get to physio :)
Glad you found something that will help you like walking my friend!π
For me itβs extremely painful to walk, today feels just a tiny bit less painful!π
Hopefully tomorrow will be slightly better as well!
I found online stretching exercises, one that seems to work. The best is crossing your leg over your thigh like youβre sitting in a chair, grabbing your knee and stretching gently!
