I have found for the indoor fire, a little bit of paper, and one sheet of cardboard, and kindling on top of it....... is the best!👍😀

This is beyond what we use in the fireplace. It's like a tsunami of cardboard at times, then the wave recedes and we get a moment to breath before the next huge crush comes barreling in. When it inevitably gets this bad mid winter I just toss it all at the burn piles which gives ash to the gardens.
The Ash will definitely help the garden!👍
Christmas times especially bad for us boxes everywhere Lol!🤣
