We were both still melting from the heat as we headed back home. That’s when Liz made a detour into the drive through of one of our favorite Coffee shops!🥰

After unloading “the goods” back home, I suggested we take a shady hike up to our Canadian neighbors vacation cabin deep in the forest!

PEPE and his girl, are both cold blooded, neither one of them felt the 86 degree Fahrenheit heat of today!🥵

Grant always leaves his several cabins on this property unlocked, he would rather someone go inside and use the cabin, then break in…..…….😇

My Canadian neighbor Grant almost sold this cabin last year……..
I guess he decided to keep it, it is a secluded getaway in the forest !😊
Wow that's a lovely vacation cabin deep in the forest. Thank you for sharing your lovely photos with us. I dream of having my own private place too, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Stay cool. Hope the weather doesn't get too hot there. That's no fun. It's hot here almost all year round. Enjoy your Sunday!

I think we did see him for a couple days when they had Canada Day. He is a retired airline pilot, and enjoys coming down and hiking Cascade mountains in the US!!
