Pulling into our Churches parking lot early this morning I spotted “IT”!😳
The Sun…… trying to peek out from behind the clouds!😎
“Liz….today is looking like a nice day to take PEPE and his new girlfriend for a hike up into the Mountains!”☺️
I was chatting with Doug, a local Blueberry farmer at Church………….
“Silvertop, they are calling for snow this week! It’s a good thing we have fans to circulate the warm air around the plants!”😊
Think extremely large wind turbines, on tall towers, in the berry fields my friends!🙄
That’s what he is calling “Fans” Lol! 😇
During colder Springs, these large fans, circulating the air, can make all the difference between a total loss of all crops, and a good harvest!
This Spring we have been having a Weather pattern that tends to repeat every day ……..………………
Heavy clouds appear in the early morning, then just a glimpse of sunshine starts peeking through the clouds.
Noon turns into beautiful Sun, and by 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you better keep your raincoat near!😅
“Mrs Silbertop, PEPE and new little Lady Frog need quality time together!”🐸
“Silvertop do we need to chaperone these Frog’s?” 🥰
“No worries Liz, it’s late into the afternoon, they are both about to get a cold shower Lol!”🤣😅

Fans :) I am itching to start my tomato seeds indoors in my hydroponic grower, but I think it is way too early and I should wait until April. There was some nice sunny time yesterday here too...

It’s not over yet, and we are required to pull our snow tires off by the end of the month !😮😬🥶
but it is march mid now though. is it still possible for snow to fall? how cold is it over there?
I am in a T-shirt in the foothills of the mountains today. At Mount Baker ski area, (25 road miles uphill) it is snowing 30°F with a snow base of 164 inches!😊
