I picked up some more Bitcoin Sat’s the other day, and I noticed my latest Trezor Safe3, had a problem with the right control button……..
It wouldn’t move the cursor, then it would abruptly move the cursor two to three spaces!🙄
“This isn’t good Cot, this Trezor is only ten Months old!”🤔
I tried to work it through, but it obviously has a mechanical problem with the button!
I contacted Trezor support, via the official Trezor.io website, from a link inside the official Trezor Suite desktop app, and set up a support ticket………………….
They replied to my support ticket number via my supplied email, and requested I take a short video of this Safe3 malfunctioning.
Today they replied back to this same email, asking me to video myself destroying this Trezor, including a timestamp, then they will ship out a free Trezor Safe3 warranty replacement!😊
I was originally unaware that they had a two-year warranty…… excellent product, excellent customer service!😊

Liz wanting to be extra cautious, because this wallet already HODL’s some Bitcoin deposits, said…………….
“Silvertop, can you be 100% sure this was a legitimate Trezor support ticket, and this was truly Trezor support?”🥰
That put a little seed of doubt in Silvertop’s mind!🙄
After a nice hike to Soaring Eagle today with Cot, Liz said to both of us……………
“A new Trezor Safe3 is only $79, maybe we should just purchase one and destroy or keep the broken one!”🥰
With all the fishing and scams in Crypto maybe $79 is a small price to pay for the peace of mind that our Bitcoin is safe!😇
Be careful out there guys, this is still the Wild West of Crypto, and you, and Silvertop are responsible for protecting our own Crypto bags!😇

I was wondering about Actifit comment on your posts always saying this: "25.00% of this upvote value is a result of an exchange transaction you performed for 200 AFIT tokens !"
Was that some sort of special or can it still be done now? If it still can be done what sort of exchange transaction?
Sign into Actifit.io my friend and under your wallet page it will give you the option to exchange 200 AFIT tokens to be put on the “exchange list”. If you have a small amount of AFIT it will probably take a few days for a vote. If you HODL AFIT tokens and get into the “top” votes become more regular!😊

Safer to buy a new one and keep the old! What a nice little narrow trail you went on there, it must have been beautiful. The weather looked good yesterday!

Trezor emailed me again this morning to let me know that it was fine, buying a new one myself, but if I still wanted a refund on the old Trezor Safe3 after I got my new one, I could create that video destroying the old one and they would refund me.......
Something to think about now......🤔

Since it is halfway broken @silversaver888.... after I received the new wallet and transfer my seed words, I would not have a problem destroying a broken one, they said they would refund us.
