On a clear late Fall/early Winter day, the view from the “High Trail” looks like the second photo!😊
Today’s view, or lack of a view, can be seen in the next photo!😮
Silvertop spent the morning splitting firewood, and Crypto trading………….
It looks like Bitcoin is trying to make another run at $100,000!☺️
Nice!!!👍
I wrapped things up around Noon, and I grabbed my backpack………….
I stepped outside and into a cold drizzling rain!😅
“Alexa, what is the greenhouse temperature?”
“The greenhouse temperature is 39.2 degrees Fahrenheit. Rain is expected within the hour Silvertop!”
Hmmm…………..
Getting Actifit steps,and staying healthy this time of year can be so challenging…………
With tomorrow being a very low calorie Thanksgiving feast, Silvertop really wanted a good hike today!😇
I took a deep breath, pulled my raincoat hood over my ball cap, and started uphill!😅
By the time I pushed my way through some of the very narrow sections of the “High Trail”, I was soaked from the waist down!
Even my one Month old “Waterproof” Merrill hiking boots were wet……..😮
Keith and Lynne planted hundreds of baby Western Red Cedars along “Bear Hollow”, you can see yellow protective netting over these baby trees.
These baby trees are delicious to the local Deer, and this stops them from eating these trees completely to the ground!🙄
Soaked, and getting cold, it was time to call today’s hike……
Cot was waiting patiently by the unlit wood stove back at home……😻
“ OK my boy, Dad will light the fire, we both need to warm up!”☺️
