“Silvertop, are you finished painting, today is Pumpkin hunting day!”🥰
I cleaned up my paint brush, and hopped in Liz’s Suzuki in search of “orange globes”!😊
One friend had passed down Pumpkin information to another friend, the Mrs was sure we would hit “Pay dirt” today!😇
“Silvertop, have we ever been on THIS road before?” 😮
I don’t think so Liz, we are down in the flood plain of the valley!
This time of year it’s beautiful, but in the winter you very likely will see water over these roads!🙄
This is dairy land, I wonder what they do to protect their livestock during flooding?🤔
Liz kept driving, a pumpkin stand was supposed to be somewhere on this road………..
“Silvertop, there it is, I need to turn around!”🤗
“ I only want ONE large pumpkin……. It’s still very early Silvertop!” 🥰
You see it’s not about the quantity my friends……… it’s about the quest Lol!😇
The Mrs pointed to the largest pumpkin……..it was marked “Medium”!
Medium Liz……huh…………….
I think this was just a marketing ploy!🤔
“Five dollars is a good price for such a large, I mean medium Pumpkin Silvertop!”🥰
“Pumpkin number two Silvertop, and we are home just in time to take Phoenix for a nice long hike!”🥰
Phoenix sniffed the strange orange object, it did not impress……………..
Our hiking friend Jan was waiting at our driveway……
Phoenix rushed to greet her, ready for a hike!❤️
Simple pleasures my friends, and hiking is free for all to enjoy…… including furry four legged hikers!😊
