Phoenix wanted a hike….. 😎
Silvertop was ready as well…….
I have been nailing twelve foot long sections of new Hardy Plank siding on our house all morning!🥵
This siding is extremely popular, it is basically silica sand, Portland cement, and cellulose fibers.
It is rot proof, fire proof, and it is imprinted with a wood grain pattern. The perfect siding for the rainy Pacific Northwest!😊
It’s a bit tricky by yourself……………
I bought a pair of siding installation tools, and with a little patience, I was making good progress!🤗
By mid afternoon, I was ready for a break!😅
Phoenix was waiting patiently for dad to pick up the leash…………
“Come on girl, we both need to explore some trails !”😊
As soon as Phoenix stepped outside, her nose began sniffing the fresh Mountain air!
“I can understand girl, it’s nice outside today!”
In between the winter snow and rain, and the heat of Summer, sits long stretches of 70 degree highs, with lows in the low 50’s……. Silvertop’s kind of weather!😊
Just a slight nip in the air in the late evening.
Grab those sunglasses, and toss in a sweatshirt for good measure, and enjoy the beautiful weather!🤗

Her wet nose at a 45° to the sky………
