It looks like everyone is out enjoying a hike today Lol!🤣
The forest has kicked into high gear!☺️
Not only are the trees budding, but I am now seeing tiny leaves emerging!☺️
Look at my last photo from the valley below! Soon these Northwest Big Leaf Maples will have giant leaves as big as dinner plates!
Cot insisted that Dad get back to work on the woodshed addition…………..😻
“ OK Cot….. Dad’s working first, THEN hiking Lol!” 😇
The rafters and the purlins, that will carry the galvanized corrugated roofing are installed!
Just a bit more work on the fica trim board tomorrow……. weather permitting, and it will be time to order the metal roofing!🤗
19 more pine trees will be coming this weekend, so one more pause on the shed……..
Live trees definitely take priority!😇
Springtime is a busy time……😅

Late in the afternoon a cold nor’easter wind started …………🥶
Really…….. it’s supposed to be Springtime Lol!😇
Cot sat in front of the wood stove, as if he was watching and waiting for the fire!😻
Both “Boys” surrounded Dad………..
“ OK boys, Dad gets the message, I’ll build a fire! “☺️
“ Maybe you boys should stop shedding……… I think Spring might be on hold for a few days Lol! “😇

I would love to hike in this forest, cool place to be and I bet the cool weather would also be like an unlimited AC for me for it's scorching hot now on my end. Mr sun is showing off his handsome, glowing rays!😎🌞😄

Took this photo just now, the skies are like the ocean, so blue! Very sunny indeed. Hubby is in his workshop (the open blue gate) doing some welding works, fabricating some scaffolds for our rentals, additional units next week. Had to do everything when you have a college student and of course for the family, work work work! Grind grind grind!
Of course we never fail to thank God for all the blessings most specially the gift and blessings of good health.
