With the coming weekend, the rain showers are back ……of course Lol!😅
Silvertop was getting strange looks from the local deer when I was outside digging my last post hole for my new shed……..In the rain Lol! 😅

Cot had the right idea, he was sleeping the day away in Mom and Dad’s bed…….maybe I should say “Cot’s bed” Lol!😻
By lunchtime Silvertop was finished in more ways than one, and it was time to look for “greener pastures” ☺️
The creeks were running fast from the rains today!😮
Look closely at my photos, you can see water cascading down the mountainside, pouring into the creek below!
Soon this creek will become only a trickle………..
Daylight Saving time starts Saturday, and the long days of Summer will be here!
By mid Summer, we will have daylight at 4 AM, and twilight at 10:45 PM!😎
We do need the rain to fill up our many lakes here in the Pacific Northwest!
I’ll just keep my raincoat close by!😇

So many creeks run completely dry in the summer. I have one on our property that I have panned a few gold flakes from. The fast moving water moves the creek bed each winter making it a new Gold hunting adventure each year!😊
