It was snowing hard!😮

This time of year even if the snow “sticks” the temperatures start warming up, and the melting begins!😎
My destination today, was a ridge top lookout on Sumas Mountain!
The view looking out over the valley below is spectacular!
Even more so today, with a frosting of fresh snow!😊
The sky was clear, and you could see the forest of Douglas fur trees, across the valley, flocked in a coat of white!😊
If you remember, Silvertop has spent many summer afternoons Crypto trading sitting on this log bench!☺️

It’s the perfect location, with the “Phoenix”T-Mobile cell tower about 1/4 of a mile away!
Jan our hiking friend, would just look sideways at Silvertop, I guess she thought it was a passing fad!😇

Keith and Lynne use this hilltop for there household water storage tanks.
I could hear water filling one tank as I hiked by……..
Sometimes the pumping stops, so I always check for my neighbors, and let them know if something is amiss………..😇
That’s when a snow squall, started coming down the mountain side, adding to the already thick blanket of white!🥶
It was time to head back…………….
Silvertop is taking that “ Leap of Faith” that this snow is just a “Flash in the Pan”, and soon I will be once again Crypto trading sitting on this ridge top!🤗
