How do they say it………..
“ As long as it stays off the roads, and up in the Mountains Lol!”😇
Silvertop snapped a photo of two of our prominent snow covered Mountain peaks in the first two photos!😀
The first is “Twin Sisters, or Sisters”, it really depends on who you are talking to Lol!🤣
Locals have called this jagged Mountain range by both names!
Sunsets are stunning behind this Mountain, if you can be at exactly the right place, at the right time!😊
Silvertop is still working on that Lol……..

The second I am sure you recognize!
I was able to capture a photo of lenticular clouds shrouding the top of this active volcano!
This is Mt. Baker!😀
An up close view of Baker is well worth the one hour Summer only drive up to “ Artist Point” !😀
Winter snow, at the Mt. Baker ski area is measured in “Feet!😳
Mt Baker hold the World’s record of snowfall of 1,140 inches, during the 1998-1999 season!😀
I remember watching ski patrol shoveling snow from underneath the chairlifts that were dragging the snow!🙄
Down below, on Silvertop’s hiking trails, the snow is gone………
For now……. Lol!😇
Our four wheel drive car is now outfitted with aggressive studded snow tires!
Our four pairs of snowshoes, sit ready in our mudroom, for winter exploring!😇
Christmas will find us traveling to our son’s home, at the base of the Cascade Mountains!🥰
Snow…….. maybe, Silvertop is ready!🤗
