I have read that cougars are technically the top “Alpha” animal, but usually if given the choice between “ Fight or flight” they tend to prefer the latter!
It’s reassuring to know that cougars are less likely to approach you! What about bears? Do they prefer to fight or flight?
The forest can feel a bit spooky sometimes, even in the summer. Personally, I just love the wide-open ocean, @silvertop ! !LOL
