It's nice to go to the beach. It's absolutely refreshing, when my feet touched the beach I started to do deep breathing.

Oh yes, by the way I did a few housework today, I just cleaned up the yard, washed the dishes and tidied up the kitchen.
In the evening, I did stretching.
