The “it’s warm and windy “ Walk aka My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2022

Tonight’s walk was a much better experience. Warm yet windy which made all the difference.

I looked up at the beginning of my walk and noticed the moon. I wasn’t sure it would show up in the photo but I took a chance and it did.

It felt so good to have a back to back day of waking. Even though yesterday’s walk was just short of miserable it made todays walk a real gem.
