Wow I'm so tired. One of my cats just didn't want to let me sleep. And I can't even be mad at her because she didn't do anything wrong. She just kept wanting to be petted and curl up next to me and cuddle. But the purring and her lil claws poking me and argh! I love this annoying cutie

Dinner: pizza, carrots
Snack: chocolate

I hate our kitchen mess so much. Everything is just chaotic, full and cramped. Fridge as well. Something must have moved the temperature regulator... I wanted to make a salad but everything was frozen. The kitchen is so full with shit it's making me anxious to be in there. I hate cooking here.

Jo mache ich meistens so spät. Ich versuche pro Tag nur zwischen 6-8 Stunden zu essen, heißt intermittierendes Fasten. Hilft bei der Insulin-Regulation.

Also helfen ist immer aktuell, längerfristige Effekte gibt es da so weit ich weiß nicht. Kommt natürlich auch immer auf die Ursache an, da die Insulinresistenz bei mir genetisch bedingt ist kann es sowieso nur eine Unterstützung und keine Heilung geben.

Machen tue ich das seit über nem Jahr, zwischendurch mal Phasen ohne. Enddatum habe ich nicht wirklich im Kopf, mich stört's nicht.
