It’s BS. The commish makes like $50m/yr. Why not take some of that and start a ref school and up the pay for some of these guys to convince them to make a career out of it?

Part-time refereeing has got to go.
A ref in the sky should take care of the bad officiating but Goodell would never let that happen.
