My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2023
What's good Actifit Peeps!
First of all Happy New Year! I hope you had a great time with your love one! It's the second day of the first month of 2023, but basically I have been hitting the gym for weeks now.
Why? Because why not? 🤪 Kidding aside, I just made my goal to be fit again, in this way I get to inspire others to do the same for themselves and this just makes me feel #alive
As usual, I just walked from my place to the gym area. So funny and collective how people in the gym did the same workout I was doing, and did it for themselves as well. 🤣
Today's Workout: Shoulders
Today, I'm more focused on shoulder workout, and I'm trying to develop more power while doing the exercises while maintaining proper posture.
I started with 5 minutes stretching after hanging leg raise for 5 minutes before proceeding to the focus workout.
Shoulder Press x Smith machine
4 sets x 15 reps, 12 reps, 12 reps, 12 reps (increasing weight)
Dips x body weight
3 sets x 6-8 reps
Side lateral Raise x Plates
4 sets, 12 reps (increasing weight)
Front Raise x Plates
4 sets, 12 reps (increasing weight)
Bent over Side lateral Raise x Dumbbells
4 sets, 15 reps, 12 reps, 12 reps, 12, reps (increasing weights)
Upright Row x Curve bar
4 sets x 10 reps (increasing weights)
After finishing all the workouts above I included a few other Push workouts.
Chest Cable crossover
4 sets x 12 reps (concentrated)
Inclined dumbbell chest press
4 reps x 12 reps (concentrated)
Concentrate: Counting 3 second push, 3 seconds pull
Decline chest machine press
3 sets x 10 reps
And ended with Deadlift just to test if I've increased my power over the 3 weeks since I started.
30 Kg - first 2 sets 15 reps
60 Kg - to failure and I was able to do 6 clean reps. Yay!
Food Recovery
It's currently night time now as I'm writing this post and nothing else to do but to replenish my energy so not eating rice tonight and just eat this 5 boiled eggs.
Did you know?
If you're seeing five boiled eggs on water, from my perspective its five 10 grams of protein! 😬🫰

haha semi-advance na kasi yung program naman kasi yung ginagawa ko 😅 syempre meron naman para sa newbie to beginner and specific for female haha.

Yung fitness journey talaga haha. Parang ayaw ko pero kailangan din.
Your body is God's temple daw tp. madaming kapatid na saket ang unhealthy god's temple haha tapos health is wealth daw kaya aanhin mo ang madaming pera kung pang gastos lang sa saket or para pambili ng kabaong nalang :D
Kaya nga nagta trabaho para may pang bayad sa ospital. HAHAH pero yeah I get you man. Fitness journey sa 2023 why not. Chubby cheeks na ako nowadays.
hahaha its just one part of the whole, di rin naman need maging super buff, need lang maging physically fit, one way to boost our immune system and any form of
seggsexercise is good, releases happy hormones mostly helps in our mental health :D konting stretching, push up, jogging, eating healthy, accumulates 3-5% APR to your body usually long term talaga to hahahaha
