My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2024⁸
Yesterday was a very nice Sunday. We got to go out to a restaurant, just the two of us. Which was a first-time time in the last two months. We normally take our daughter with us everywhere. So this felt like a date.
We went to Dough Zone Dumpling House and ordered some Kale Salad with Sesame Dressing, some potstikers:
And a few other items that I don't recall as my wife knows me really well and I trust her judgment as far as ordering food at a place I am not very familiar with even more than my own judgment :)
Everything was super delicious and we had a great time there.
After the restaurant, we went to World Market and got a whole bunch of seasonal stuff for Thanksgiving Table decor, a couple of wine bottles, some small gifts, and of course a whole bunch of sweet stuff like:
And German Gingerbread cookies that we both love:
After that, the date was over, but we continued to have fun with our daughter. We went to the salt water heated outdoor pool where we had lots of fun.
I finished up the day with a weight lifting workout in our garage. It was a perfect Sunday.

Heated outdoor saltwater pool I’ve never heard of this before, sounds very nice !

I would imagine floating and swimming is quite a bit different in saltwater!
I can’t really remember from my limited time swimming in the ocean ….
It is different, because of salt it is easier to float 😀

It really was! The place was busy, but we were lucky to be seated right away as there was one space for a couple. Three plus there was a waitlist...
