My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2024
Hello Actifitters and Clean Planet Community,
It was a special day due to the weather conditions. The government decided to close all the schools because of the snow and ice that would come. And it came as predicted but with less snow and more ice. Due to some appointments I still had to leave the house and it was funny but dangerous walking on frozen walkways.
In between some appointments i took the time to clean up the environment. I went for a little walk around the parking area before I came home. In the afternoon I did a bike workout on Zwift. It was an easy workout because I am recovering from a leg injury. So I just did 1 hour easy with a low intensity.
