My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2024

Hello Actifitters,

It was a nice and cold Sunday, and I did an indoor workout with the bike on Zwift. As I am recovering from a leg injury, I am not pushing heavy, but these workouts are more to keep my legs moving and spin them nice and easy to see how it goes. In the afternoon I went for a walk after having lunch with the family. I like having these walk as they give me the opportunity to get some fresh air and to be outside in nature. As almost every day I found some cans that people are just throwing away.
