You'll get there, that's lithe weight , my God. I am eating Quorn products now and am getting a good result from being rather non sporty as of late. It's very high fiber//protein and gets stuff going. Good luck on your 'journey', am going to spend the day repenting for last night :P yay Kale!

Yum.. Kale... Haha I'm not a huge fan of it. I'll have to check into the Quorn product. Thank hopefully I don't need luck during my journey!
