I hope that you all are well by the grace of Allah.

As promised I'm back again with another post of splinterlands. It's a new entry for this week's share your battle contest. In this post, I'll be sharing one of my ranked battles of splinterlands played with the fire splinter. I'll be discussing the lineup and strategy of this battle in this post. I'll also be sharing each and every detail of the monsters that I've used in this battle. I think I'll be able to explain the whole battle and describe every possibility of it. I hope you'll like it and it'll be enough for anyone to understand the battle strategy.

Now, let's get back to the main topic.

The summoner I used is named GENERAL SLOAN. It's a rare life summoner with the ability to increase the ranged ability of all friendly monsters to +1. It's a rare chaos legion card and it costs 4 mana caps to use in battle.

Then as you can see in the screenshot that I used the Chaos Knight as it has 3 shields with its 3 life and also a special ability named shield. This ability helps it to get half damage from any ranged/melee attacks. And this ability helps this monster to make a strong defense and hold its position in the first place.

Then I used the Xenith Archer in the second place. As a ranged attacking monster, it wasn't supposed to be in this place. But I used the Stitch Leech in 3rd place which is pretty strong and useful with its sneaking attacking ability. But the problem is it is a low life and that's why I used that ranged attacking monster so that it can buy some time for the Stitch Leech and as I was using a summoner that increases ranged attacking ability and the Xwnith Archer was helpful.

Then I used a ranged monster named PELACOR ARBALEST. As I mentioned before about the ability of the summoner. And the main part of using this monster is its double strike ability. And with the increased ability it can damage -6 life to an enemy monster alone.

Then I used the VENARI CRYSTAL SMITH. It's a rare reward monster. Normally I'd say that I used it because of the ability of the summoner, its life capacity, etc. But, it's not the main point. I use this monster because of the tank heal ability of this monster. With this ability, it can heal the monster that is standing in the first place.

Then I used the HERBALIST in the last place. It's a common untamed card that plays under the life splinter.

It was all about my lineup and also about the reasons to put each card in its position including the abilities of the cards.

Strategy

In this battle my strategy was to hold the attacks using the Chaos Knight and by the time my sneak and opportunity attacking monsters will kill the opponent's monsters. My strategy worked and I won the battle.

The best thing was, the first monster of the enemy was really strong but the specialty of that monster was an ability named VOID. It's a good defending ability against magic attacks. But as you can see that I didn't use any magic cards and that ability was of no use.

The Final Blow.

The question may have already appeared that I’m writing a post to join some contest. But where are the details about the contest?

There amazing thing is ongoing in this blockchain for almost 3 years maybe and I'm a part of it for more than 2 years. So, it's not something new but I think there's still someone who doesn't know about it or isn't a part of it yet.

This amazing thing is the ongoing contest of splinterlands. By now I guess most of you know what SPLINTERLANDS is. It's an online card game. Though it's not only a game, in here you can earn by playing, trade by buying and selling. You will also get amazing rewards in the daily quests and also in season-ending quests. This is one of the best card games that I've ever played. The fun thing is, there's a lot of cards/monsters to use in battle. And when I say a lot, I mean it. And all of them have their own specialty, separate types of powers and so many types of special abilities. There are even some summoners under those the cards play. These summoners also have their own ability which affects the battlefield. This is really amazing. This gives you the chance to think of hundreds of strategies for your battle. Believe me, once you start playing this game you'll fall in love with it.
