[ESP-ENG] Truco en acrobacia aérea - Nivel "Avanzado" | Aerial Silks tricks - "Advanced" level

Hola queridos Hivers. Estuve mucho tiempo ausente de la plataforma pues mis estudios universitarios me exigen el 100% de mi tiempo. Pero, ya que estaré de vacaciones unas cuantas semanas, decidí traer de nuevo un poco de cariño a mi blog y a ustedes. Especialmente a la plataforma de 3Speak; a continuación verán un vídeo de acrobacia aérea, en el que realizo un truco que, podría denominarse, de dificultad avanzada. Debo aclarar, antes que nada, que este truco lo realicé muchísimas veces con protección en el suelo con colchonetas de al menos unos 30 a 45 cm de espesor, además de supervisión. Una vez dominado el truco, como pueden ver, me siento con la confianza de realizarlo sin protección en el suelo.

Al momento de realizar trucos de este nivel de dificultad es muy importante el uso de elementos de seguridad tales como el que acabo de mencionar, además del acompañamiento de tu entrenador o una persona profesionalmente capacitada que supervise tanto el armado de los seguros como el momento del escape. Ya que en el supuesto de que el aerialista soltara la tela, además de tener colchonetas de seguridad que mitiguen el impacto, la persona que supervisa puede recibir al atleta al caer.

Ya que, como pueden ver, este escape al final no cuenta con más que el seguro en una de las extremidades inferiores y el otro seguro es sujetar fuertemente la tela con ambas manos. Esto último también es muy importante, pues la energía debe estar distribuida equitativamente en las manos y pierna, ya que de lo contrario, la pierna puede verse afectada por la tensión de la tela al terminar del descenso.

Since in the event that the aerialist releases the fabric, in addition to having safety mats that mitigate the impact, the person supervising can receive the athlete when falling.

Since, as you can see, this escape at the end does not have more than the insurance in one of the lower extremities and the other insurance is to hold the silks tightly with both hands. The latter is also very important, as the energy must be evenly distributed in the hands and leg, otherwise the leg may be affected by the tension of the webbing at the end of the descent.
