My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2023

Another cold and windy morning! However, I still put in a short walk to kick off the day! A few kilometers along the beach was still enjoyable, regardless of the weather. Weather permitting, I will put in a longer walk later in the day! I like to accomplish at least 7 kilometers in a day. To shed that last bit of belly fat, I actually need to increase my daily activity.
