Showing off my Sportswear [Eng - Spa]

Looking for the clothes I was going to wear to do my jump rope challenge, I found a girdle that I hadn't used for a long time. This girdle is useful for exercise and also to correct my posture. I like it because it keeps pressure on my lower back which is the place where I have herniated discs and, although I need it very rarely, I use it and it was a good idea to try it while jumping the count.

And the result was ideal I felt support in my back and it helped me to jump in a faster and more agile way, in the pictures you can see in 360 degrees how is the girdle, it gave me a lot of laughter to show the back part and I was not so sure to upload this picture because you can think that I am showing something else, but it is good that you know that the other thing, I don't think it is so nice to show it. 😅🤣. What is pretty is my hive flannel.

Enseñando mi outfit deportivo

Buscando la ropa que iba a usar para realizar mi reto de saltar la cuerda, encontré una faja que tenía muchísimo tiempo sin usar. Esta faja sirve para hacer ejercicio y también para corregir la postura. Me gusta porque me mantiene presionada la espalda baja que es el lugar donde tengo hernias discales y, aunque la necesito muy pocas veces, la uso y se me ocurrió una buena idea probarla mientras salto la cuenta.

Y el resultado fue ideal sentí soporte en la espalda y me ayudo a saltar de una forma más rápida y ágil, en las fotografías puedes ver en 360 grados cómo es la faja, me dio mucha risa mostrar la parte de atrás y nos estaba tan segura de subir esta fotografía porque pueden pensar que estoy enseñando otra cosa, pero es bueno que sepan que la otra cosa, no me parece tan bonita como para enseñarla. 😅🤣. Lo que sí es bonito es mi franela de hive.
