I gained 1 kilo and it wasn't muscle 🥲 / Gané 1 kilo y no fue de músculo 🥲 - My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2025
Every time I cancel the monthly fee at the gym it's time to get on the scale and see my progress, in the last 5 months I had lost 7 kilos, the first month 5 kilos then I stayed stable and the penultimate month I lose the remaining 2, with extra kilos to lose I kept exercising and eating the best I could, but I accept that the last month I gave myself some allowances as my friend @palabrasportss says that took their toll on me gaining a kilo 🥲, my allowances were that if having dinner with hot dogs, a snack cake, a sweet snack afterwards, pasta dishes and arepas.
Cada vez que cancelo la mensualidad en el gimnasio es el momento de montarme en la balanza y ver mi progreso, en los últimos 5 meses habÃa bajado 7 kilos, el primer mes 5 kilos luego me mantuve estable y el penúltimo mes bajo los 2 restantes, con kilos de más por bajar me mantuve haciendo ejercicio y comiendo lo mejor posible, pero acepto que el último mes me di unos permitidos como dice mi amigo @palabrasportss que me pasaron factura aumentando un kilo 🥲, mis permitidos fueron que si cenar con perros calientes, una torta de merienda, un bocadillo dulce después, platos de pasta y arepas.


This is the first time I've gained weight since I've been working out, it didn't catch me by surprise because I felt it somehow, I feel heavier and get tired more easily. I try not to get demotivated and look at this as a setback to gain momentum and continue with my ultimate goal, but I keep sighing and thinking how hard it has been for me to get back to my ideal weight, it seems incredible all the effort and sweat 😓 still far, I'm halfway 6 or 7 kilos separate me from my goal, but I continue with my faith intact and I know I'll make it, while I remind myself to enjoy the process and not fill myself with anxiety to get my goal fast.
Es la primera vez que aumento de peso desde que estoy haciendo ejercicio, no me agarró por sorpresa porque lo sentÃa de alguna forma, me siento más pesada y me canso con más facilidad. Trato de no desmotivarme y mirar esto como un retroceso para tomar impulso y seguir con mi meta final, pero no dejo de suspirar y pensar lo difÃcil que me ha resultado volver a mi peso ideal, me parece increÃble todo el esfuerzo y el sudor 😓 aún lejos, estoy a mitad de camino 6 o 7 kilos me separan de mi meta, pero sigo con mi fe intacta y sé que lo voy a lograr, mientras me recuerdo que debo disfrutar del proceso y no llenarme de ansiedad por obtener rápido mi meta.
