Accepting changes / Aceptando los cambios - My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2025

I have learned to look at changes in a positive way, even if they are always uncomfortable or painful, because they come precisely for one to move forward and grow. Yesterday there were changes in my training routine, this change came with increased weight on the machines and you can imagine how I feel today.
Yesterday I trained legs and in the press machine I ended up doing 70 pounds on each side, for a total of 140 pounds almost 70 kilos, it is incredible that in five months I am ready to support this weight, when at first I could not stand without any weight, of course the last repetitions made me give birth as we say in my country, but it was satisfying to finish the four sets of 10 repetitions.
He aprendido a mirar los cambios de forma positiva, aunque siempre sean incómodos o dolorosos, porque precisamente ellos vienen para que uno avance y crezca. Ayer hubo cambios en mi rutina de entrenamiento, este cambio vino con aumento de peso en las máquinas y ya te imaginarás cómo me siento hoy.
Ayer entrené piernas y en la máquina de prensa terminé por hacer 70 libras de cada lado, para sumar un total de 140 libras casi 70 kilos, es increíble que en cinco meses esté preparada para soportar este peso, cuando en un principio no aguantaba sin nada de peso, por supuesto las últimas repeticiones me hicieron parir como decimos en mi país, pero fue satisfactorio terminar las cuatro series de 10 repeticiones.


With this change I hope to lose the kilos of fat that I still have, in the middle area, and in the legs. There is a lot of work to do, but I am enjoying the process and that is very important. The photos in this post show the crazy positions the instructor puts us in after aerobics class we are so tired we don't coordinate 🤣.
Con este cambio espero perder los kilos de grasa que aún tengo, en la zona media, y en las piernas. Hay mucho trabajo por hacer, pero estoy disfrutando el proceso y eso es muy importante. Las fotos de este post muestras las posiciones locas que nos pone el instructor después de la clase de aeróbics estamos tan cansadas que no coordinamos 🤣.
