There are friendships that are born in difficult times and are very valuable because they helped us to get out of the storm, and if they are in difficulty with more reason they will be in tranquility and happiness, but there are also friendships that are born with sweat and laughter 😁 like the ones I am creating when I exercise, that's why I say that they are created with sweat and laughter and not tears, as the saying goes.

These people are healthy, joyful and full of life and just that is what I needed to incorporate into my life. They give me motivation when I feel tired and look for an excuse to be absent.

Hay amistades que nacen en los momentos difíciles y son muy valiosas porque nos ayudaron a salir de la tormenta, y si están en la dificultad con más razón estarán en la tranquilidad y felicidad, pero también hay amistades que nacen con sudor y risas 😁 como las que estoy creando cuando me ejercito, por eso digo que son creados con sudor y risas y no lágrimas, como dice el refrán.

Estas personas son saludables, alegres y llenas de vida y justamente eso es lo que yo necesitaba incorporar en mi vida. Ellos me dan motivación cuando me siento cansada y busco una excusa para faltar.

En esta clase las risas, poses y el juego no faltan, tan solo observen las fotos y vean cómo salen a relucir las personalidades 🤣😁.
