We used to go to that winter cake fair with different types of winter cakes. We used to go to that fair to eat different types of cakes as a child. There were so many people at the winter cake fair. Everyone used to come to eat winter cakes and this fair is winter.

হ্যালো বন্ধুরা আসসালামুআলাইকুম সবাই কেমন আছেন আশা করি সবাই ভাল আছেন সুস্থ আছেন আজকে আমি আপনাদের একটি শীতকালীন পিঠা সম্পর্কে বলব আশা করি আপনাদের খুব ভালো লাগবে তো চলুন বন্ধুরা দেরী না করে গল্পটি শুরু করা যায়।

শীতকালীন পিঠার ভিতরে আমাদের দেশের বিভিন্ন ধরনের পিঠা গ্রাম অঞ্চলে তৈরি হয় যেসব পিঠা খেতে খুবই মজা ও সুস্বাদু হয়ে থাকে শীতকালীন পিঠা একটা সুন্দর আর আর খাওয়াও এতটা সুস্বাদু যে আমরা না খেলে কোনদিন বুঝতে পারতাম না।

যে শীতকালীন পিঠা এত সুন্দর ও এতো সুস্বাদু হয়ে থাকে শীতকালীন পিঠার ভিতরে বিভিন্ন ধরনের পিঠা আছে তার ভিতর অনেকের অনেক ধরনের পিঠা পছন্দ তো আমার শীতকালীন পিঠার ভিতরে সবচেয়ে বেশি পছন্দ হলো চিতই পিঠা। এছাড়া আরো আছে বিভিন্ন ধরনের পিঠা যেমন নারকেলের পিঠা পাটিসাপটা পিঠা ইত্যাদি ।

পিঠা সবকিছুই আমার অনেক পছন্দ হয়েছে এমন কোনো মানুষ নেই যে যার পিঠা পছন্দ হয় না আর পিঠা খেতে এমন কোনো মানুষ নেই যে যার খেতেও মজা লাগেনা আমাদের গ্রামে এখনো পর্যন্ত আমি ছোটবেলা থেকে দেখে এসেছি যে।

আমাদের ওখানে শীতের সময় শীতকালীন পিঠা নিয়ে বিভিন্ন ধরনের পিঠা নিয়ে আমাদের শীতের পিঠার মেলা বসে আমি ছোটবেলা বিভিন্ন ধরনের পিঠা খেতে ওই মেলায় যেতাম শীতকালীন পিঠার মেলায় এতটাই লোকজন হতো যে। সব লোকজন আসতো শীতকালীন পিঠা খেতে আর এই মেলায় শীতকালীন ।

পিঠা খেয়ে অনেক মানুষই তাদের মনের মনের মতন শীতকালীন পিঠা খেতে পারতো এখানে বিভিন্ন ধরনের শীতকালীন পিঠা উৎসব যেটা আপনারা যদি না দেখেন তাহলে কখনো বুঝতে পারবে না যে এই মেলায় এত সুন্দর সুন্দর পিঠা শীতকালীন পিঠা ভিতরে সবচেয়ে বেশি আনন্দ হয়।

শীতের সময় যদি গ্রামের বাড়িতে থাকা যায় তাহলে গ্রামের বাড়ির শীতের পিঠা খেতে খুব মজা লাগে আমরা যারা গ্রাম থেকে বাইরে থাকি তারা হয়তো শহরের ভিতরে খুব বেশি একটা শীতকালীন পিঠা খেতে পারে না কিন্তু যারা বাড়িতে থাকে তারা খুবই শীতকালীন পিঠা খেতে পারে আখের রস খেতে খুবই মজাদার হয় ।
