Epl Relegation Dilemma: is Chelsea in?
It is May, and the season is about to be called to a wrap; so many fans are hopeful next season would be better owing to the rough tide of the season for their clubs thus far.
One place no team wants to be, is in the bottom half of the table.😁 There is so much uncertainty, curiosity 😳, and panic right at that position.
This season has been a big surprise for so many fans of epl clubs all over the world as most teams have been short of expectation, owing to a highly stressful season that came with the experience of the world cup in a hot summer weather in Qatar. Players returning from Qatar would not be the same amid the stress of a tough and prestigious competition like the world cup. Also, most clubs had a revamp which saw the sales of players, clubs and managers before and during the campaign.
Chelsea experience
The faithful supporters of Chelsea football club have had a disappointing experience this season. From the sack of Thomas Tuchel to the reapportionment of a familiar legend in super Frank Lampard😁, the decision of the board seam not to be an optimal solution for the club amid their poor form and position in the league so far. Despite having the third manager in the club this season in the Todd Boehly era, Chelsea has failled to get back to winning ways and reclaim their position as a top four team. This is seemingly another "trophyless" season for the Blues and could be more shocking for the west london blues. Now Chelsea supporters have given up hopes of European competition next season as Chelsea could only be in the domestic competitions next campaign. Can it get worse?🤷

The Big Shock
So many folks had predicted a top four finish for the club at Stamford Bridge before the start of the season😂. Practically few or none expected Chelsea to be at 12th position at this point in the league table. But reality has been far different from the dream we all had😌. Chelsea supporters have experienced one of the most shocking seasons over a decade now as they hold their hearts in their hands in surprise at the current status quo of Chelsea, uncertain of being a premier league club for next season with only 39 point to the london blues this season so far.
With five more games to go for the london blues, super Frank Lampard is at the edge of a jigsaw to make things better by all means possible. Remember the rumour of fans threatening Graham Potter?😏
The Reality
With five games to go for the london blues, it seams highly unlikely that the tables can turn around as the blues face two relegation strugglers who are desperate to remain in the league, in the likes of Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest respectively. Folks familiar with these crucial moments whereby there are fewer games to go, would realized that teams in the relegation zone play like wounded Lions😂, thus making it extremely difficult for other big teams, amid their good forms, to take points away so easily. Can chelsea even get a draw eventually?🤷
Tougher tests lie ahead when Chelsea travel to face the red and sky blues of Manchester🙆🏾♂️ before returning to face the newest face on the top four table, Newcastle amid their fine form.
It is a period in the season that promises thrils even from this point to the end of it. What would be the fate of the london blues come may 28?

Although Chelsea seat 12th place with 39 points, the london blues are one point from safety. This is shocking and worrying for fans all over the world as the post Abramovic era is seemingly a threat at this point rather than promising😢.
Actually yesterday at the viewing centre were I was, this was the talk at the table, many fans there were very skeptical about Chelsea's fate especially as the season is about to wrap up,
The relegation fears is in the heart of many, especially looking at the poor performance of the team this far, the possibility of Chelsea bouncing up and escaping the relegation zone is on the margin
I hope things turns up better for the blues...nice post
Thanks so much @eminentsam for your kind words..
I don't see a better results for Chelsea anytime soon. I think its a very poor mindset Weighing down the team spirit at the club recently. I think it would take the summer break to fix things up. It has got to do with off-field activities as well as their activities on the pitch. Goodluck to Chelsea next season But im doubtful it could get better amid 5 tough games coming
Chelsea needs a miracle for the rest of the season, you mentioned Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest that is just the list of their worries, they still got a crazy Manchester City, and hungry Newcastle who wants a UCL next season, mate Chelsea is doomed 😂
Hahahaha... Sounds more like it when you say Chelsea are doomed mate. I am sure u aint a Chelsea fan cus you would be having a heavy chest weighing about 50kg by now😂 its such a bad time been a blue. There is no pride in london for the blues at the moment
I am a proud Culer 😎, but on a serious note, I feel bad for Chelsea supporters, imagine getting your hopes scattered every week.
😂😂😂😂 thats the feeling for the blues rn. If I were in their shoes id give up any hopes for a win so I would have a HBP😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
