Muy buenas gente de #Hive y #Actifit, En el día de hoy les traigo algunas fotografías De mi entrenamiento y mi Día en general. El día de hoy me levanté por la mañana Y tengo que admitir que hoy fue uno de esos días En los que realmente hubo productividad de la buena, Desde la mañana estuve mucho rato estudiando e investigando sobre ciertos temas que son de mi interés y en general haciendo muchísimas cosas productivas para mi beneficio Y planificando y organizando muchísimas cosas en general, en ese aspecto fue un día bastante bueno. Y no solamente en ese aspecto sino que también en el entrenamiento fugaz que hice el día de hoy, ya que no nos podemos dejar de mover. En el día de hoy no quería salir pero sentía de todas maneras la necesidad de entrenar así que por tanto tomé mi alfombra y me puse a hacer algunas planchas e intentar algunos cambios Ya que tenia un tiempo sin intentarlo. Realmente no me salieron a lo que se le podría llamar bien, Pero definitivamente noté una gran diferencia entre la última vez que Lo intenté y esta vez. Entre las cosas que probé fueron algunas planchas convencionales y algunos cambios hacia puños o one arm, entre otras cosas. Luego de eso me di un buen baño para cenar y relajarme después de este buen día esperemos que el día de mañana sea igual de positivo. Muchísimas gracias por leer y por estar y nos vemos luego.

Today I woke up in the morning And I have to admit that today was one of those days In which there was really good productivity, Since the morning I spent a lot of time studying and researching on certain topics that are of my interest and in general doing many productive things for my benefit And planning and organizing many things in general, in that aspect it was a pretty good day. And not only in that aspect but also in the fleeting training I did today, because we can't stop moving. Today I didn't want to go out but I felt the need to train anyway so I took my mat and did some planks and tried some changes since I hadn't tried them in a while. They didn't really come out to what you could call good, but I definitely noticed a big difference between the last time I tried and this time. Among the things I tried were some conventional planchas and some changes to fists or one arm, among other things. After that I took a nice bath to have dinner and relax after this good day and hopefully tomorrow will be just as positive. Thanks so much for reading and for being here and I'll see you later.
