Hola gente de #Hive Y #Actifit, en este día les traigo un nuevo reporte de mis actividades del día ayer, estuve despertándome un poquito más tarde de lo normal, por alguna razón estoy agarrando esa mala costumbre pero ya la próxima semana prometo arreglar este imperfecto; por otro lado seguí cumpliendo con mis actividades normales pero me di cuenta que me empezó a doler la pierna por alguna razón, sospecho que fue porque anteayer sali de compras y caminé bastante, al hacer esto seguramente, (ya que no es primera vez que me pasa) me empezó a doler la pierna derecha por lesiones anteriores, pero sin prestarle demasiada atención a esto una vez se hizo la hora decidí ir al entrenamiento. Lamentablemente no pude hacer ejercicios dinámicos ya que me dolía demasiado como para poder ejecutarlo sin miedo a lastimarme severamente así que decidí esperar al siguiente día es decir hoy para tirar algunos ejercicios de agilidad con más calma y esperando que no me doliera las piernas. Por otro lado decidí entrenar front lever que era lo que me tocaba el día la de ayer y luego regresé satisfactoriamente a casa a pesar de que el entrenamiento eh tuvo falta de dinámicos Pude tener un satisfactorio entrenamiento de front e inclusive algo de plancha y por supuesto hefestos que nunca falta en mi de front. Y bueno mi gente este ha sido el reporte espero les guste y muchas gracias por leer no nos volvemos en la próxima.
Hello #Hive Y #Actifit people, today I bring you a new report of my activities yesterday, I was waking up a little later than usual, for some reason I'm getting into this bad habit but next week I promise to fix this imperfection; On the other hand I continued with my normal activities but I realized that my leg started to hurt for some reason, I suspect it was because the day before yesterday I went shopping and walked a lot, while doing this surely, (since it is not the first time it happens to me) my right leg started to hurt because of previous injuries, but without paying too much attention to this once it was time I decided to go to training. Unfortunately I could not do dynamic exercises because it hurt too much to be able to execute them without fear of hurting myself severely so I decided to wait until the next day, today, to do some agility exercises with more calm and hoping that my legs would not hurt. On the other hand I decided to train front lever which was what I had to do yesterday and then I returned home satisfactorily even though the training had a lack of dynamics. I was able to have a satisfactory front training and even some plank and of course hefestos which is never missing in my front training. And well my people this has been the report I hope you like it and thank you very much for reading we won't come back next time.
