Arsenal | | The Boys Are Back In Training Ahead Of Their Preseason Games

I made a post on sportstalksocial yesterday, which arsenal was the main context of the topic. I discussed vividly about the transformation of the arsenal team, their efforts in the transfer market, and their plans for this coming season.

Yesterday seems to be the perfect time for my previous post, as reports of some players returning back to training came up late last night. The staffs of arsenal where seen to have made an early return, after observing a short break from the previous season.

Maybe it might be the manager's decision, since they are fully aware that they are now in a new competition(UCL).

Inorder to confirm the news for myself, i decided to check out Arsenal's official website. Players, who have currently made it to the london colney are Gabriel jesus(9), Leandro Trossard(19), Ben white(4), marquinhos(27), Nketiah(14), Holding(16), Cedric soares and some junior team players. We should note that this players in exception of marquinhos, didn't feature in major tournament during the break.

The team is steadily gaining momentum, as they've started making some preparations ahead of the season. Some players who are not yet with the squad, have being seen in different photos, having their own personal training. Players like Partey, Nelson, Saliba, Tamiyasu, etc, are currently doing their personal training, and are likely to join the squad before this week runs out.

Arsenal would be having their first preseason game on the 13th of july 2023, which they will be traveling to germany to face FC Nuremberg. We would likely see new foots being put to test by the gunners manager.

My Opinion

I think mikel arteta is really in need of quality and squad depth. So, there might be possibilities of him, trying new players and also, players returning from loan.
Some returning players that might get good chances are tavares, pepe and f.balogun. while the current three(3) new signings can also be featured, depending on how quick it takes the deal to be finalized.

In Conclusion

Arteta might be keeping the three(3) returning players i mentioned above, due to their great performance last season. I think this team is heading for greatest ahead of this coming season, with their fans also getting ready to cheer them up.
