My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2024
My warm regards to the community of actifit. I hope you are all well. My activity for yesterday is that I woke up early in the morning and went to Bok, after doing it for a long time. After getting home and getting ready for work, my Actifit steps are 6k.
Yesterday morning, when I went for a walk, the scene was something like this. The sun had just risen and it was quite dark, but this heart felt very good and peaceful. And it's very good for the mind. Morning exercise makes a huge difference to me. It cuts down on my calories and keeps me in check. Such views add joy to our lives.
