My Actifit Report Card: December 21 2024

Yesterday we made the best out of a bad situation . These days we experience power outage a lot. Yesterday morning as we were ready to do our work with internet , once again we remained without electricity . @kam5iz suggested two options : we go out on a bike or hike with dogs and do yoga outside.

Since Milo(our dog) had not gone out for several days , I chose the secede option and we brought some water and fruits and got out of the house.

We went to a beautiful field and done yoga . Weather was the best, it was cool but not cold. I think it was the best yoga I've done outside. We got very fresh and relaxed , we literally felt like connecting with that environment has washed out all negative feelings of our body.

After Yoga we played with the dogs a little . They got so excited when we are in a good mood , specially in the nature .. lol they get out of control !

Milo doesn't like tangerines and Smarty does. As we were playing and feeding Smarty tangerines , Milo suddenly wanted the fruit and this was her face! She wanted so much to be in the game!

oh .. and she loves water too ! doesn't matter to her that it's winter 😀

We had a great time and we got very hungry. fortunately We had some leftovers . I made a quick french fries too 🤌
