Mi informe de Actifit: abril 2 2025

Me uní a la comunidad gracias a mi esposa, ella habló de la aplicación Actifit y me pareció interesante, así que quise empezar esta aventura fitness con ella. Hoy la acompañé a llevar a nuestra hija a la terapia, el trayecto es bastante largo, si lo consideramos desde nuestra casa, pero cada esfuerzo vale la pena para que la pequeña continúe mejorando.

I joined the community thanks to my wife, she talked about the Actifit app and I found it interesting, so I wanted to start this fitness adventure with her. Today I accompanied her to take our daughter to therapy, the journey is quite long, if we consider it from our home, but every effort is worth it so that the little one continues to improve.

Sabía que el día sería bastante ajetreado, pues teníamos varias tareas pendientes. La rutina puede ser absorbente, por ello respirar aire puro es una excelente opción. Salir a caminar es una actividad que me relaja, así que disfruto el recorrido mientras voy jugando con la niña par que se distraiga. Ella es muy colaboradora e inteligente.

I knew the day would be quite busy, as we had several pending tasks. The routine can be absorbing, so breathing fresh air is an excellent option. Going for a walk is an activity that relaxes me, so I enjoy the walk while playing with the little girl to distract her. She is very cooperative and intelligent.

Voy con pasos rápidos para que la pequeña sienta que va de paseo, a veces, nos adelantamos y mi esposa no puede seguirnos el paso, entonces debo esperarla o ralentizar el paso. Sin embargo, ella trata de apurarse para alcanzarnos.

I go with quick steps so that the little one feels like she is going for a walk, sometimes, we go ahead and my wife cannot keep up with us, so I have to wait for her or slow down the pace. However, she tries to hurry to catch up.

El sol de las primeras horas de la mañana estaba suave, finalmente llegamos al centro de rehabilitación y la niña realizó los ejercicios correspondientes. Al salir de la terapia, los rayos solares estaban intensos, así que nos hidratamos bastante y usamos nuestras gorras.

The early morning sun was mild, we finally arrived at the rehabilitation center and the girl did the corresponding exercises. When we came out of therapy, the sun's rays were intense, so we hydrated ourselves a lot and wore our hats.

Después, nos dirigimos al hogar de mi suegra, aproveché para comprar fruta para le merienda. Ya en horas de la tarde debíamos realizar otras diligencias, nos alistamos para salir de nuevo. Terminamos los pendientes a una hora prudencial y regresamos a casa.

Afterwards, we went to my mother-in-law's home, and I took the opportunity to buy fruit for a snack. In the afternoon we had other errands to run, so we got ready to leave again. We finished our errands at a prudent hour and returned home.
