Splinterlands: Initial struggle days after season resets

I played a lot to get 6 focus chest and it is mainly due to 2 factors that win at initial days is little tough and I got Life quest that is not at all my stronghold and I got life quest for both the account that my chest accumulation a little harder. I am hopeful of more chest as I got my favorite Water for Saachi and deth for r1s2g3.

Splinterland's : My Day Today

I got Life quest for the account saachi and Life quest for account r1s2g3 ( and since I ended last season in Diamond so my chests are of "Diamond" level. I claimed 2 and 4 diamond chest respectively for the account saachi and r1s2g3.

Watch out for the human traffickers at hivefest. You wont know it until its too late. STAY AWAY! Beware, traffickers can be women or men! They will act nice until they dont. There is human trafficking going on around this type of crypto. I have witnessed it. They literally have attempted my murder and are trying to kill me with V2K and RNM. Do you think it might be better to not move into the highest possible rank and stay in lower rank to earn more chests? I moved up to Silver this season, and I fear that I may not be able to earn nearly as many chests as the most recent season.

This depend, if you are in capacity to play in higher league, then I will say that keep playing in highler leagues.
DEC rewards are exponential, Theoretically 5 Diamond chest are better then 30 Silver chest (max in Daily focus) ,
Since , still distribution is random so someone can get lucky in silver too but in long run, Diamond will be better then silver.

In your case 1 Silver chest = 2 Bronze chest.
If your chest loot is getting hampered then you should not move up because now you might be playing in Bronze, earning RP of bronze but working towards silver chest, this become overkill.
this is one of the reason of initial struggle for me too, I dropped to Silver for this account, and earning Diamond chest. But in mid season, I will be atleast at Gold 1 and Diamond atleast 3-4 days before season ends.
