Current price of DEC is now indeed 4% below it's peg and if someone thinking of buying the CHAOS packs, then it make perfect sense to use DEC as payment method and avail discount.
If you no urgency to buy CHAOS packs , then I will like to suggest to hold Hive. I feel Hive and every crypto in bear market and DEC is still maintaining near to its peg due to SPS airdrop.
In July , I expect DEC to fall more in term of it's USD value and a little rally in Hive to $1 and above will effectively pack to cost between 3-4 Hive or even less.
I am waiting patiently now for a bull cycle to buy the CHAOS packs.
