I told a friend yesterday that Messi is gonna sign another deal and he just did, well I expected him to have signed for another club so we can see his performance outside Barcelona and then compare him with Christiano Ronaldo, Ronaldo who has been consistently breaking records where ever he finds himself, that makes him so unique and different.

Actually, my perception was that Messi will be going to another league such as Manchester City or PSG but unfortunately, Messi agreed 5 years contract with Barcelona; which simply means, Messi will spend the rest of his life in Barca. He will be 39 years old when the contract elapse in 2026, no club will be able to sign him then. I also expects him to play in different clubs just like Ronaldo.
