Sunny with clouds - My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2025

The little guy and I did a long cycling ride this afternoon to celebrate the dry and sunny skies.

Cycling doesn't count many steps, but I worked in the backyard for several hours.

I did a kettlebell workout and 2 heavy sets of bent over rows.

I painted steel tubing and moved a lot of cast iron weight.

More rain is coming Monday so I have one day to get a lot of work done in the backyard.

I had to drive to Walmart for more rattlecan paint, and I gained more than 1000 steps walking the parking lot and store.

The power steering went out in the van so I had to borrow a car from grandma. I drove the car to grandma's and walked a mile back home this evening.

I wanted more than 14440 steps this evening so I walked around the house for over an hour.

I'm super excited about today's @actifit step count.
