Tubes - My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2025
I worked in the backyard for many hours today, raking, shoveling, hauling, ratcheting, wire brushing and pavers.
@luvbnamome was gone most of the day, and she brought me work and I had to unload it from the back of the van.
One of @luvbnamome's friends bikes needed flat tires fixed and it was a job removing one of the wheels on the purple bike. Between the two bikes that I repaired, 4 different size wrenches were required to unbolt the wheels.
I used the vintage tubes as second layer of protection between the new tubes and tires.
I replaced one of the crusty whitewall tires with one of my less crusty whitewall tires.
The wheel hubs were without grease and one was locked up
When I was repairing the bikes, the guy who bought tires from me this last weekend, came down and purchased the rest of my 27" tires.
I walked through Walmart this evening and then I walked to the grocery store before it closed at 11 pm.
I noticed they are selling blueberry bushes at the store. Might buy a few.

When my oldest son worked as a mechanic for a blueberry farmer we used to get tubs of blueberries!!!
